It all began in 1963 when the owners Emannouel and Laskaris Antoniadis opened 'Axilleion' and, following a honeymoon of the one of the owners on Corfu island, named it after the original Axilleion palace. From there on, 'Axilleion' has been directly linked with the history and entertainment of Thessaloniki.
Every since the '90s there is no Thessaloniki resident that hasn't visited 'Axilleion', since it has been and continues to be a central entertainment hub for over 5 decades, thus becoming a 'second home' for all Thessalonisians. During these decades, 'Axilleion' has evolved through refreshing changes, with continuous investments in its staff and by offering high quality services and products.
